    Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. CEI reserves the right to correct pricing errors on any/all print or electronic media.

    Warranty

    CEI warrants its products for quality materials and workmanship. If within 30 days of purchase your CEI teeth, pockets or bolts break during ordinary use, CEI will inspect and replace failed parts. Replacement of failed parts is the sole remedy available under this warranty. CEI is not responsible for shipping cost, time lost, damage to equipment or property or any rental income/expense.

    Note: Shattered tungsten carbide tips due to rock or other unyielding material are not replaceable under this warranty.

    Emails

    You agree and consent to receive email messages from us. These emails may be transactional or relationship communications relating to the order, such as administrative notices and service announcements or changes, or emails containing commercial offers, promotions or special offers from us.

    Payment Terms

    CEI accepts cash, check*, Visa**, MasterCard**, American Express** and Discover** cards.

    CEI also has in-house financing (through parent company, GNE) and also through PayPal's BillMeLater.

    To use GNE financing, call us at (800) 333-5234 to get a GNE account number before checking out.

    To use BillMeLater, Choose PayPal as your checkout service during the checkout process, select the BillMeLater option, enter two pieces of information, accept the terms and get a decision in seconds.

    *A $30.00 handling fee will be applied to NSF checks.

    **Your credit/debit card will be authorized (funds held) for the full amount of your order. When you place an order, CEI contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the total funds of the order until the transaction processes in full or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge. The authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank and actual changes will appear on your card at the time of shipment (or shipments). This policy is in line with other leading online retailers, car rental agencies, hotels, etc. and will assist us in getting your product out in the timeliest manner possible.

    Please contact your bank to clarify how long the hold authorizations, as this policy can vary greatly by institution.
